Tips To Get Rid Of Under-Eye Dark Circles

No matter how lovely your eyes are, dark circles can be a major damper to all the beauty that eyes can impart to your face. While dark circles are mostly caused due to nutritional deficiencies and are addressed through dietary changes, some external natural treatments can work wonders when followed religiously and regularly

Cucumber slices A widely used remedy for getting rid of dark circles, cucumber never fails to eradicate or at least lighten them when used regularly. All you have to do is cut cucumber into circular slices and place them on your closed eyes and then leave them on for about 15 mins to half hour depending on how much time you can afford to spend on it.

Almond Oil Treatment
Thick dark circles are very likely a result of Vitamin E deficiency. And hence, Almond oil which is rich in Vitamin E when rubbed around the eyes can work miracles in treating dark circles when used every day for over two weeks.
Potatoes Just like cucumber, potatoes, when cut into circular slices and placed on the closed eyes can do wonders in getting rid of dark circles. While this is a less used remedy, it can be quite effective with slow but definitive results.

In addition to all these, getting a good night’s sleep and taking a break from staring into the screen every 15 minutes can help fight those stubborn dark circles and render your eyes as beautiful as they deserve to be!

How to Even Out Skin Complexion !!

Many people have problems with their complexion. Whether it be uneven color, texture, or wrinkles, getting a smooth skin tone is easy. Just by following these simple steps...

Apply sunscreen regularly. Sun damage is one of the top causes of an uneven skin tone, so protect yourself by using a minimum SPF15 on a daily basis.
    • Avoid tanning beds and laying out in the sun for hours whenever possible, as these are incredibly dangerous due to their carcinogenic properties.
    • Although SPF 15 is the minimum level of sun protection, to really save your skin apply at least an SPF 30.
Exfoliate your skin. Dead skin cells build up over time on your skin’s surface, giving it the appearance of old age or dryness. Slough off those dead skin cells to give your skin a revitalized appearance.

Apply a face mask. These help to reduce redness and even out the color and texture of your skin.

Use a face peel. Face peels are a type of mask or gel you apply to your face that use healthy acids to dissolve dead skin cells. These remove the top layer of the skin which appears dull or has discoloration or scarring.

Apply a concealer. Concealer is a liquid or cream that blends with your skin to hide dark or red spots and under-eye circles. It is great for giving an even color to your skin.
