Having Sensitive/Dry skin irritating this summer ??
check out to avoid such problem,,.,.,

Summer is often a time when sensitive skin can flare up and dry skin conditions
such as Eczema and Psoriasis can become worse.
To ensure your sensitive skin is protected, read on to find out our top tips.
Prepare skin for the sun:
Sunburn makes sensitive skin worse and can also cause other skin problems
such as wrinkles, age spots and an increased risk of skin cancer.
Always apply a sunscreen that can protect against both UVA and UVB rays.
A good sunscreen should offer protection from all UV light
(often called a ‘broad-spectrum’ or ‘full-spectrum’ sunscreen) and
should also have a sun protection factor (SPF) of at least 15/30.
Keep hydrated:
Ensure you drink more in hot weather, when your body releases additional
moisture to try and cool the skin. Water, un-sugared tea and foods such as
watermelon and cucumber can all help to give your skin a boost of much needed hydration.
Stay cool:
Staying out of the sun between peak times of 10am and 4pm will ensure that you miss
the strongest rays and keep skin from becoming irritated.
Moisturise after showering:
A consistent skin care routine is key to ensuring that you keep dry skin conditions
under control, both during the summer and all year round. Moisturize
immediately after leaving the shower and top up any time during the day when
the skin feels dry. This is particularly important after spending time in the sun,
as skin can become parched and dehydrated.
Treat any sunburn immediately after
Recuperating Cream brings the skin back into balance within a
day which is essential to ensuring that skin is cared for and doesn’t
affect enjoyment of the holiday. A real skin saviour for treating sunburn,
immediately after exposure that won’t irritate the skin further.
Check the ingredients
Some suncreams and lotions can contain chemicals that are irritating and
can inflame sensitive skin. Try to avoid artificial fragrances that may cause
dry skin to become worse and choose physical barrier suncreams over chemical
barrier suncreams as they are less likely to cause irritation and rashes.
Protect all of your skin
Areas such as the scalp and lips are often forgotten when it comes to keeping
them protected and hydrated throughout the hottest months. If your scalp is prone to dryness ,
help it to maintain the proper moisture balance with a hydrating wash .This contains natural ingredients produced from coconut oil, to gently wash away excess oils, dirt and
impurities without drying out the delicate scalp skin. Ensure lips are protected with
a sunscreen or SPF lip balm and apply Recuperating Cream before bed.
By following these simple tips you can care you senstive and dry skin this hot summer.
Thank you for reading ,stay tuned in for more tips to beat this summer and stay cool.
